2015 Zotovich Vineyard Syrah

This cool climate Syrah maintains depth and complexity along with silky integrated tannins, black cherry campfire and faint floral aromas, induce rock and roll smooth blackberry, black peppercorn and violet flavors with hints of cured meats, leather and spice. The dark black cherries tease thin, silky smooth tannins with tobacco, earth and spice that playfully nip at your taste buds.

We held the release of this wine to allow the softening of structure over time. Its complex taste holds up beautifully against hearty meats and flavorful sauces - a favorite pairing of ours is slow cooked baby back ribs. Get ready for a wine that will sweep you away...
