Introducing DIMENSION, named after the Dim family and the ever-changing dimensional aspects of beautifully crafted wines. Our founder and winemaker, Billy, has lovingly curated a list of four wines in honor of each member of his family in an effort to transport you -at least sensationally- to another dimension... Everything about this program is thoughtfully done with only 100 cases of each wine produced annually. As each wine is named after a member of the Dim family, we hope it showcases not only the incredible scents, flavors, and complexity of select, premium Santa Barbara County Vineyards; but also gives you an insight into each family member, their season, their unique personality, and what each wine means to us.
