2018 Rosé Magnum
Bigger is definitely better when it comes to rosé...
In our hearts, it's always Summer Somewhere, and nothing says summer more than that chilled glass of rosé. Sit back, relax and sip this bliss. Our idea of afternoon delight maintains a slightly weightier mouthfeel of refreshing watermelon, honeydew, white peach and berry tea flavors with aromas of melon, cala lily and wet stone and just a hint of herbaceousness. This smooth, Provence-style, neutral barrel-aged, mineral driven beauty will help you get your zen on.
Summer Somewhere Rosé is one of the first Santa Barbara County Rosé programs dedicated to growing fruit solely for rosé. In other words, you'll find no Saignée-style winemaking here. We believe true rosé has an expression all its own, and should be treated as such.
Fruit for the Rosé is picked early to maintain balanced acidity and showcase an underlying minerality. It is made in the Provence-style with premium Santa Barbara County Grenache Noir and Cinsault grapes. The 2018 Rosé is neutral barrel aged to develop texture and a more lush mouthfeel.
This wine is our choice to sit back, relax and unwind whether poolside reading a book or listening to music while prepping a meal. We could literally drink it all day, any day especially because it pairs well with pretty much everything. From summer salads to sushi to sautéed fish and pepperoni pizza, we've got you covered.
