Boy do we love our Pinots! Our Santa Rita Hills Pinot is playful and complex with flavors of wild cherry, red currant, red licorice and baker spice. You'll also discover subtle tannins and a balanced acid that will elongate the flavor and over time produce a velvety sophisticated Pinot Noir.
That means, drink it now or drink it later. Either way, we promise it will be delicious, but the taste will evolve and develop for a few years to come. This specific blend comes from our favorite Pinot region with 85% of the grapes from Santa Rita Hills and 15% from Radian Vineyard.
Pairs well with cheese and charcuterie, but we also recommended to enjoy on its own. *Chef's kiss*
