2020 Happy Canyon Meritage

This delicious, medium-bodied, Bordeaux-style red is made from 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc, & 30% Merlot. Flavors of lush dark chocolate açai and integrated oak engage your senses with well-structured tannins giving way to vanilla, toast, and earthier tones of tobacco and pink peppercorn. This wine will drink well and continue to develop over the next 15 years. If enjoying now, we recomend decanting at least an hour before drinking. We're recommend pairing our Meritage with your favorite cut of steak with balsamic reduction.
