2023 Sparkling Brut Rosé
It's so good, you truly won't be able to stop drinking it. Discover notes of strawberry cream, peach and slight salinity. Billy achieved the ideal balance of acidity and bubbles paired with brightness of fruit and creaminess. It's everything he dreamed of and more, but most importantly, this sparkling was made by Billy for Stacey, and we all get to enjoy the fruits of his labor.
The Summer Somewhere Wines family has wanted to bring bubbles to our program for some time, and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you. Be sure to grab a bottle or up to 6 before it's gone since we produced it in limited quantities. Seriously, we only made 40 cases!
2022 Reserve Rosé
Every year, we fall in love with our new rosé, and this year is not an exception. Discover peach tea, sweet morning dew, nectarine and strawberry rhubarb pie. A natural acidity reminiscent of strawberry lemonade is complemented by Cala lily and fresh apricot. We love to pair it with salmon avocado sushi.
2023 Santa Ynez Valley Rosé
Introducing our newest Rosé that is all things Summer Somewhere. This years blend is bright with flavors of strawberry, sour watermelon, tangerine, mixed berry tea, nectarine, royal raspberry, and orange blossom. There’s minerality on the forefront and creaminess on the mid-palette with a light, elegant finish. Pairs beautifully with a fresh watermelon salad or your favorite pizza.
Rosé holds a special place in the Summer Somewhere Wines family's heart. Every year we grow and pick fruit to be a true expression of the variety with the same thoughtfulness that goes into producing our finest Pinot Noir. The fruit is grown and picked true to maintain excellent natural acidity with lower alcohol to create the purest flavors that our sustainably farmed grapes can offer. For those of you who don't know, rosé was the first Summer Somewhere wine that Billy made for Stacey after they were married. A true love story!
